These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.ironandlightcoaching.com and your purchase of products, equipment, supplies, training materials, or services offered through our website.
By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing from Iron & Light, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Business Purpose
Iron & Light provides professional training, equipment, tools, chemicals, supplies, replacement parts, and related products primarily for commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning contractors and other professional service businesses.
Certain products may be intended for professional or commercial use only.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, availability, certification information, and compatibility information.
Manufacturers may modify product specifications, packaging, components, colors, or designs without notice.
Material changes affecting safety, electrical requirements, certification status, or intended application will not knowingly be substituted without appropriate disclosure.
Product photographs may be representative.
Product Certifications
Products will only be described as UL Listed, ETL Listed, or otherwise certified when Iron & Light has documentation or manufacturer information supporting the certification applicable to the product or model being offered.
A certification applying to one model does not automatically apply to another model.
Customers remain responsible for confirming that equipment is acceptable for their particular application, jurisdiction, facility, employer, authority having jurisdiction, insurance requirements, or project specifications.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Iron & Light may decline or cancel an order because of:
- Inventory errors
- Supplier availability
- Pricing errors
- Fraud concerns
- Shipping restrictions
- Certification or compliance concerns
- Manufacturer discontinuation
- Inability to fulfill the order
- Other legitimate business reasons
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Pricing
Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical, technical, or pricing errors before shipment.
Quotes may contain expiration dates and may be affected by manufacturer pricing, freight costs, tariffs, import costs, or supply-chain changes.
Payments
Payment is due according to the terms shown during checkout, on the invoice, or in a written quotation.
Orders may not enter production or fulfillment until required payment has cleared.
Taxes
Customers are responsible for applicable sales, use, excise, or similar taxes unless a valid resale or tax-exemption certificate has been accepted by Iron & Light.
Professional Use
Many products sold by Iron & Light involve high-pressure water, electricity, chemicals, rotating machinery, commercial exhaust systems, elevated work areas, hot surfaces, and other potentially hazardous environments.
Customers are responsible for:
- Following manufacturer instructions
- Using appropriate personal protective equipment
- Receiving appropriate training
- Following applicable laws and safety standards
- Confirming correct electrical service and voltage
- Using equipment only for its intended purpose
Intellectual Property
Iron & Light names, logos, course materials, photographs, videos, documents, training materials, product bundles, graphics, and proprietary content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or commercially used without written permission.
Third-party product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Manufacturers
Iron & Light may resell products manufactured by third parties.
The manufacturer remains responsible for manufacturing specifications, manufacturer warranties, technical documentation, and product certifications it issues.
Iron & Light may assist customers with manufacturer communications but does not control third-party manufacturer decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron & Light is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages resulting from the use, misuse, installation, failure, delay, or unavailability of products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except where another law is required to apply.
Changes
Iron & Light may update these Terms periodically. Updated terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation
Standard stocked orders may be canceled if the cancellation is received before fulfillment begins.
